As it turned out the event does not income after refresh the page in IE, when i close the tab and the browser is closed, the event "NetStream.Connect.Closed" still coming, but with a delay of 1-2 minutes.
when you close the browser window or tab, RTMFP will try to send a close message to all of your peers. however, if your browser terminates Flash Player immediately without giving it a chance to do any cleanup, then it won't have a chance to send these close messages. if that happens, your peers will still think the connection is alive, and it'll take 60-90 seconds for them to time out, as you've seen.

I have read somewhere a post with similar problem. I've got the same, that until I kill my IE in Task Manager a connection is opened.
