When I export to text, most of the text is ok. However, the same text that I copy as gibberish is gibberish on export. When I use Acrobat Preflight tools, it mentions the file has compressed objects within pdf, my bet this is the cause of gibberish. I don't think there is a fault in the pdf, but I think the way the pdf file was created has created issues for it use for anything other than viewing or printing.

--| The small page size associated with dense packing of content.Perhaps if you print to an image (from Acrobat) and OCR the resultant PDF you may be able to do something.
