Inspired by three different data streams I have occasionally seen on CNBC and CNN, I would like to have four different data streams in the intro to my film to convey the concept of massive information overload in today's exponentially accelerating media environment.
Here is half of what I am doing:
As you can see, there will be two vertically scrolling text feeds on the right and left hand sides of the frame.
What I would like to do is to add two horizontal feeds to this mix on a different video channel, one on the uppermost portion of the text safe area, and the other on the bottommost portion of the text safe area.
What I want to avoid is having the horizontal data feed crawls intersect with the vertical streams.
I'm not quite sure how to do this. I'm sure it can be done within AfterEffects, but I have a clear preference to stay within Premiere Pro at this time.
Add a Crop effect to one title or the other once you edit it into your sequence. Adjust as needed.
Awesome, found that effect. THANKS!
