Two styles showing

I've got two styles showing for what should be a numbered list.

Note in the image attached the highlighted text has NumberedList2 and BoldName assigned to it. How to fix?

Secondly, why are the styles shown in 2 places--in the upper left corner and also on the Style&Formatting Pod? And some styles are missing from the left corner that are included in the pod?

Top left is the old way styles were applied and it shows paragraph styles only. The new pod shows all styles. Here you have a list style with a paragraph style superimposed. That is OK as per my website but if you don't want the paragraph style, one of the options in that list is None. Use that.

Peter, thanks. I've tried

getting rid of BoldName by selecting None but it never takes. It just reverts to BoldName.

You'll have to go into the HTML and clean it manually then.
