Since I can't seem to edit this answer I will put this at beginning. Using the iPhone to type in this format seems to not function very well. Below I Have written that thus issue will have to be addressed but forgot to put: by the in-app developers before we see full capabilities on the iPhone or ipad2.
It isn't only the iPad 2 that is having problems with the timer function nor many features if you upgraded to the in-app purchase. My iPhone 3GS OS 4.3.3 also has problems since upgrading. I believe it's an issue that will have to address. I've notified them three times already and still have received no answer! Hang on I will keep reporting!

Would you mind posting details of the problem(s) you are seeing here? Perhaps we can help you resolve the issues in the forum.
As for the camera on the iPad 2, expect to see some changes in the not too distant future...
Are you saying that this will be functional soon? I'd like to get my money back and purchase it again when it isn't vaporware. How do I get a refund?
Photoshop Express version 2.0.2 was released on iTunes App Store yesterday, which adds all current Camera Pack functionality to iPad 2. It should offer itself as an update to your currently installed app.
If you have already paid for the Camera Pack, the features should automatically reveal themselves in your app. If not, go into the Photoshop Express app Settings (gear button at the top), then select Purchases > Restore Purchases
Here's a link to Photoshop Expess for iOS:
The correct link to Photoshop Expess for iOS 2.0.2 (which includes camera support for the iPad 2) can be found here:
Also note that in addition to iPad 2 camera support, users who opt not to purchase the Adobe Camera Pack now have more control over messaging in the app.
