I'm having the same issue. I got slightly better results by using the detailed analysis and enhanced rolling shutter reduction in the warp stabilizer controls, but it's still got that shimmer efect to some extent. I've also noticed that it looks worse in premiere than it does when I export it, but again, it's still there. I'm thinking it's a rolling shutter issue any ideas? anyone?

Warp Stabilizer isn't something you can use intuitively. If you're doing so, I'd check the learning resources here.
Also, AE's "fix-it" effects are intended to correct MINOR flaws, not major ones. If your footage contains wildly erratic camera movement and a lot of fast action that display rolling shutter problems, you can't expect miracles.
