    Selected pages

    Steven.. Level 3

How do I get the start and end of the selected pages in the Pages Navigation Panel. Also is it possible with javascript to add a menu to right click for Pages Navigation Panel.

      Thanks

You can do neither with JavaScript. You may be able to with a custom plug-in, but should ask in the Acrobat SDK if you want to pursue that approach.

There is no API for the access of the navigation panel.

              Not possible by any method.

There is the undocumented 'pane' property of the 'doc' object with the following properties:

              Type: string.

              Access: R/W

              Values:

              N - hide nav panel

              B" - display bookmarks

              L - displays layers

              T - displays thumbnails

F - goes to full screen mode

              Example:

Open thumbnails or page Nav panel.

              this.pane = "T";

Note this property is available from version 4 through X.

OK, Thanks. At least I will be able to focus my efforts on what can be done.
