I have a fillable form that I fill out on behalf of my clents. I have never had a problem saving this form to my hard drive after I have filled it out. Now, after downloading Version 10.0.1, when I bring up this form I get an information bar that reads: "Please fill out the following form. You cannot save data into this form. Please print your completed form if you would like a copy for your records." Why is this happening? How can I change it? I have never had this problem with earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader. (I'm using Windows 7, by the way.)
Are you aboslutely, totally, 100%, for sure positive that you used to be using Reader before?
It sounds like you were using Acrobat (which allows you to save filled in forms) and now you are using Reader (which does not).
Either that or you have a file that had to have been specially enabled in order for Reader to be able to save it.
