you can access a child by getChildAt(i) and not the way you have mentioned. arr[i] is the way to get the row item of an array.
You wont be getting a component as a result as well. So i think either you are confused about the question you have asked or i dont undersstand the question. So please rephrase.
hi again, i think i could not express clearly.
i have a web service operation result handler, and this operation back in "object" format.
thats the handler
private function getFullWeatherValues_Handler(e:ResultEvent):void
var obj:Object = e.result.regions.cityValues.temperature; (it returns integer)
i can get the exactly temperature which i want but i don't want to writethose "result" or "regions" or "cityValues" and even temperature.
i want to write a function to reach a value ( for example temperature) which gived as parameter and i will give all other "result" or "regions" or "cityValues" as parameter to. my question is how can i handle it?
thank you for your answer, any advice will be great.
There is a bad code smell with the way you are accessing some of your parameters.
i could't understand well, can you please express more? how are you handle this event result job?
