When I go to Share, then select Online, nothing happens. It's like I'm not clicking on it at all. Our IT guy says it's probably an issue with the network firewall. And needs to know which port Adobe is trying to access, so that he can enable it.
Does this make sense? If so, how do I figure that out?
If not, is there something else I can do to get it working?

That would probably be a good question for Adobe's tech support people. I'd recommend you contact them for that information.
Meantime, you can still manually produce your videos and post them to YouTube, etc., using the specs in the FAQs to the right of this forum. Many people prefer to do it this way, since the results are so much better.
