Hi, I did go through this with the
tech and we never could get it to work, and Adobe was kind enough to send a disk, but all I could
download of the update was 42%. I let it download alnight, only 42%. I tried several times
including an attempt to download a trial version, but could only get 42%. Just wondering if anyone would have
an insight. Windows 7 64 bit, IE 9.
I'm confused. You say that you received a disc. So, what is the issue? Why are you still trying to download?

I am wondering if your ISP has a limit on downloads since it was so consistent a cutoff point.
Actually Todd, I put in the part about the disk, which is still on the way to show that Adobe handled the problem
with good service. I have not had a problem downloading Production Premium in the 5.0 version. I was wondering whether this was something anyone else could have encountered.
