    How to refer to a Function Object in a conditional statement?

    iamcootis Level 1

      I currently have a conditional that looks like this:

      if(!closeFunction){
                      this.removeEventListener(CloseEvent.CLOSE, closePopUp);
      }

      closeFunction is a :Function type and this is working correctly, but I'm this warning error?

      3553: Function value used where type Object was expected.  Possibly the parentheses () are missing after this function reference.

      Is there a better way to check if this function is set or not?
