This is a Forms Wizard question. When you copy a cell (for example the Check Box), the instructions for that cell are carried over. So, if you check-off one cell, all copies get checked-off. Is there a way to change the instructions for copied cells without manually changing the name of each cell in the Fields area?
And this one reason why most advance forms creators avoid the Wizard after using it one or twice.
You still have to see what happens with combo and list boxes.
My option is to use OpenOffice.org and export to a pdf form with fields.
