yes, with flash cs5 and even more capabilites with flash cs5.5
you pretty much need to remake your apps/games for iOS. there may or may not be a lot of changes that need to be made but, in my experience, you have to do a lot more than just change the publish settings for iPhone/iPad.
ActionScript 3.0 is the only version that supports to write programs which supports IPhone/Ipad/Ipod and Android Mobiles. Flash CS5 and CS5.5 is specially targetted the above two mobiles and interface itself having GUI to publishing the AS3 file to your targetted mobiles. It generates with the extension which supports Iphone (.app) and Andorid (.apk) and you can download those from the Market place. The great thing it supports everything like accessing microphone, camera, accelerometer and even we can write programs for augmented reality.
I have been reading articles online, and i m very surprised by the fact that i can create apps using FLASH for iphone or ipad, because my understanding based on available data on web was: iOS only accepts apps created by either objective C or the developer kits they offer to apple developer community if I m correct. So do you mean, all i need is to design my apps in flash as i do for androids and then convert to .app using possible convertors? thats it? I am surprised, i was expecting replies Rejecting the idea of Flash's eligibility to design apple apps.

apple relented on that issue (of only allowing apps built directly form obj-c) some months ago.
