This can happen when you did not clear the preview files first as instructed.

I received your data and I would suggest you rerun the rendering test of the timeline with hardware MPE on. Your current score is possibly corrupted because of not properly removing all the preview files. The rest of the scores are perfectly acceptable, so no need to rerun that again.
My first test was actually wrong, i re-ran it from scratch and just sent you the files by email (ppbm adress)
Regardless the actual results, i serioulsy think about following your tuning advices, re-installing from scratch and adding raid to the whole configuration.

After re-doing it from scratch, only the MPE results were different, "8" instead of "72".
