    Optimizing performance for an iOS game made in CS5.5?

      I've finished making my game in CS5.5 and have started testing.  I've run into one big problem.  Whenever I get more than a few enemies on the screen, the framerate drops A LOT.  Does anyone know of an easy way to fix this problem?  Right now I'm using high quality jpegs in my game, so could that be slowing it down?
