Both Companies House and HMRC online helpdesk are unable to help with me with non authenication and submission of their form. The trust settings are ok in adobe 9.2 and their form preset error message says to check your internet connection. Has anyone came across this problem using Internet Explorer 8 and figured out what settings need to be in place for the form to submit?
HM helpdesk has got back to me and the solution was in adobe menu to edit preferences for trust manager. Change settings to allow all websites and save. When I retried connectivity was immediate. Hope this helps others.
