I opened my ADE account with an error in the email address. This means that Adobe cannot contact me and as I don't know the 'wrong' email adress I can't get into the account to correct the name and password or dol anything else with it.
I have opened a new account so I can ask for assistance.
Firstly - Can I close the problem account without losing the books linked to it?
Secondly - Can I un-link the books from the problem account and re-link them to my new account?
