Bill Hunt May 24, 2011 1:42 PM (in response to Ron in Cleveland)This "thumbnail" display indicates that there is a mis-match between those Source Files and your Sequence Preset.
If those files are all the same Frame Size, just drag one from the Project Panel to the New Icon at the bottom of the Project Panel, to create a new, matching Sequence.
Good luck,

Thanks for your response, but I'm still a bit confused. I do not see a "New Icon" anywhere in, or at the bottom of, the project window. Not sure how to execute what you suggested.

The short answer here is, don't. Chances are excellent that you do not have the written permission to use such copyrighted material. (Assuming that if it was yours in the first place, you'd have the original and not have to use the upload.)
And Bill, you should know better than to help someone violate copyright law.

Thanks. This project is not being published, or for profit, or using anything anyone would consider copyrighted.
Thanks again.

Bill Hunt May 25, 2011 9:35 AM (in response to JSS1138)Jim,
Though I aced my LSAT, I never did go to law school, so am not an attorney. I also do not know the provenance of those Clips. The poster could have been retained by the producer of the YouTube Clips, but the originals may no longer exist. Where there are potential legal issues, I let the poster and their attornies sort that out. I try to refrain from offering legal opinions, as I am not an attorney. Same for medical advice - I am not a Dr., though have played one on stage.

Ron in Cleveland May 25, 2011 9:42 AM (in response to JSS1138)The project I am editing as I explained in the forum, will not be
published, not for profit and is not using copyrighted material...unless you
consider my 13 year old nephew's soccer game a problem. One
shouldn't assume a crime is being committed when asking
for technical support. Working in broadcast TV for over 25 years, I am well
aware of what can and can't be used.

yeah, i beg to differ on this. i have 100s of videos on youtube i did back when it first started before i saved my finished projects... (from 2005-2008 i would just record, edit, post, delete, because it was just random junk of me hanging out with friends, or just v-logging about stuff i needed to blow steam about) so one of these days i'll have to go through and download them and burn them for archives. Never say never
