what is it you really want or need to do?
If it's a real password protected page using either server authentication or
server side scripted sessions/permissions, the person viewing the page has
permission to look at it. They have permission to view the document until
you revoke their rights. If they want to bookmark it or write down the URL
and hand type it in later- they have a username/password to let them see the
document. They can look at it now or ten weeks from now if it's still there
and their username/password is still valid.
There is probably some windows/IE thing to disable the IE menu for
Favorites. It's probably useless and will just tempt people to probe around
to find what's been "locked down" with rubber bands.

What are you trying to do? Bookmarking and protecting a page a two
entirely different things. Of course you can control who is granted
access to a page (there are many different ways to achieve that), but
you can't control what the user will do with it in his browser.
Some more details, please.
