I've created a piece of Flash that reads from a local XML
file. All works fine.
However the people doing the CMS have requested:
"Specifically, we will need to supply the flash files with a
full url (path and file name such as
and the flash should then load this url as an Xml document."
While I cannot say for sure, chances are the aspx file will
be extracting the data from a database and sending it to the Flash
file in the form of an xml formatted file. This is typically what
one does with php. So if that's the case, then you should be able
to link to the aspx file just as you do for what I assume is an xml
file (just change the url) and Flash won't know the difference...
as long as what it receives looks like, smells like, tastes like
xml, it'll call it xml.
