I recently submitted a few apps to the Amazon Android Appstore and am just now recieving refusal emails due to the apps looking for Adobe Air updates on the Android Marketplace. I use FlashBuilder to compile to mobile with no code added to otherwise violate the Amazon terms of service so I dont see how developers can control this problem. I have to assume that they have no idea what Flash/Flex based Android apps are comprised of and I'm hoping Adobe can have some of its leverage applied to the Amazon execs to remedy this situation in their Droid marketplace because it boxes out large numbers.
The email I recieved is as follows so you can see their stance on the submission:

Your app links to the Android Market to download Adobe Air. It must link to the Amazon appstore for this purpose. After you have made the updates, you may re-submit a new version of the app, along with its metadata (icon, thumbnail, screenshots, and description) using the Amazon Appstore Developer Portal.
