Launching a second chm from a help file

I need to launch a second chm file from an existing help file, so that they are both open at the same time.
I'm using RoboHTML X4.1.
I have managed to display a topic from the second chm in the first chm, but this is not what I've been asked to do!
Can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance

With a little help from a developer, we've worked out that it is only when I launch the chm from within Robohelp that it doesn't work (something to do with directory structure).

When I launch the file from Explorer, it works perfectly.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the link Brian but I'm still having trouble with this.

On the shortcut tab, I've put hh.exe (I copied this file to the same directory as both chm files)
In the Program Parameters tab, I've got ms-its:helpfilename.chm::/Appendices.htm

I get the error message "Cannot open the file ms-its:helpfilename.chm::/Appendices.htm"

I'm not a programmer by any stretch of the imagination so I may be doing something simple wrong. Can you help?

Glad you sorted it,

Was just about to ask all the normal questions.
