      Hey Guys,

Found some older posts regarding this but was wondering about the CS3 and CS5.

When we do book sample pages we use a script that creates a formatted text frame in the margin containing the element name for the heads, extracts and things. This works fine but I'm looking for another way to get that info into the PDF from InDesign, without having to do work in Acrobat.

Working in CS3, I've added bookmarks to the InD file that come out in the PDF and are active but what I really want is to be able to get something to come out at each element that is visible on the page. A sticky note or some other type of Acrobat annotation would be great. I was excited to find the "notes" in InD but there doesn't appear to be any way to get them to export as anything to the PDF.

      Is there something I'm missing?

      Thanks any help,

      Ken
