Wrong forum (this is for plugin SDK discussion)
I recommend reposting to Photoshop Lightroom forum using New -> Discussion link at page top.
Thanks, I will take your advice and give it a try!
You're welcome - but also: Lightroom does not support Layers. People use pixel editors (like Photoshop) for that if they choose Lightroom as their raw converter. But if you don't have a pixel editor that supports layers (or maybe even if you do), consider onOne's new layering plugin for Lightroom, its called PerfectLayers.
Lightroom does support local adjustments (paint brush + gradients) which are kinda like automatically managed adjustment layers.
PS - CaptureOnePro supports layers now, and Bibble always has (I think).
Thanks for the time and information. I believe I may just go with Elements. It has what I need, and I can save some money too !
