Keyboard Equivalent to Change Work Area?

Imagine that the work area is in another part of the timeline, and it's not nearby. You have to go scrolling around to look for it to drag it to new settings.

In After Effects, you simply hit the "N' key and the work area will snap to wherever the play head is.

Please tell me there is something like that in Premiere. I have to export a bunch of tiny segments from a timeline, and I'm tired of all the hunting and dragging.
