    Cannot activate ADE


      Hi there,


      I am getting the error message:

      E_adept_request_expired_.....  everytime I try and activate my software


      I have double checked that my computer's clock/date/time/time zone are all correct. It is set to Seattle, WA, where I downloaded the software.

      I have un-installed / reinstalled my software multiple times, using different servers.


      This is incredibly frustrating, and I don't know what else to try to make it work. Thank you.
