I'm trying to convert and autocad file of a city map, a pure acad vector drawing into a large scale pdf image. I use the largest "paper size" but when I view the pdf image the lines are all thick, text is all blobs and unreadable. The conversion to pdf seems to take all the lines and make them 10x thicker, the result is a mess. How to get superfine line thicknesses on my pdf image so it can be easily scrollable, scalable, readable?
Might help to know what version of Acrobat is being used to convert to a PDF, the steps taken to convert and what settings were used.
Acrobat 8 professional 8.10, installed so it can be selected as a printer/plotter.
In ACAD LT map plotted on 92"x92" paper using adobe as plotter, plotted to .pdf file. Default pen settings in Autocad. is it more of an AutoCAD issue?
