    Problem with Pre-comp resolution/continuous rasterization

    Tim Goodspeed

I have an animated video I am working on.  I have created a pre-composition in which I have multiple AI files that have puppet keyframes.  All layers have the contiuous rasterization button selected.  This pre-comp is then included in my main composition and scaled up to about 200%.  The problem is when I try to select the continous rasterization for this pre-comp within the main comp.  The puppeted animation goes to hell.  I cannot place the original AI files into the main comp and create the puppet animation there, due to scale.  Once the AI files are enlarged to 200% as needed, a lot of the puppet pins would be out of frame.  So, how do I maintain continous rasterization of a puppet animation within a pre-comp?
