Why not just use regular tabbed text? Do you have content that would need to wrap inside a cell?
The Table contains 7 rows and 6 columns. It needs to be updated on a monthly basis and the more easy to update the better. Please let me know if it is possible!

Dot leaders between cells is possible, but not practical.
Here is how both look in normal view, with frames and invisible characters showing…
This is tricky because you need to type a shift-tab (at the end of column one) and a normal tab (at the beginning of column two), neither of which is easy within a table.
The real trouble is more easily seen pritned or in Preview mode…
See that gap in the leader at the bottom? That’s because instead of one tab with one pattern of leader characters (in this case a space and a period), you have two. The first tab ends as close to the cell edge as it can, the next one starts at the cell edge, so the space is inconsistent.
What you want to do requires more work for a crummier result.
Maybe an empty cell in between the ones with the actual data? You could apply a dotted stoke to the border for that cell, but it still would leave gaps at either end where the size of the data in a cell varied. I think tabbed text is the way to go, or rething the design and find a way to do it without the leaders.
