I have yet another issue with Printed Documentation. After I
generate the Word document (which is working okay now), I am having
trouble with the "Comments" function in Word.
When I generate my Word document, there is a gray background
behind the text. And when I try to insert a comment using the
function from the Revisions toolbar, the comment is placed at the
bottom of the document - not right next to where I am inserting it.
There is nothing in Word help, that I can find. I am assuming
this issue is a RH issue and not Word.
Hi Linda. When you say "placed" do you mean that the comment
field is at the bottok of the page? You should have the field next
to where the comment was entered and the actual comment text at the
bottom of the Word window. If you hover your mouse over the
position where the comment was entered do you have the comment
popup? The grey background may just be a style issue. Have you
