Having added updating functionionality to my AIR app, release builds now do not run.
Debug builds still work fine.
This is happening with both the ApplicationUpdater class and the ApplicationUpdaterUI class.
Has anyone come across this?
Having looked into it further, what seems to be happening is that including the ApplicationUpdater class into my release build screws up some of the flash assets.
The asset in question reports to have 5 children, but fails when I attempt to access the fifth child (silently, as this is a release build).
I am building via flex SDK 4.5 (and using the applicationupdater.swc within this SDK).
