Quicktime file "corruption" after re-installing OS

Hi, I recently re-installed Win7 on an 80gig SSD with a new Production Premiere package. As I was using the 64bit trial beforehand, I didn't realize my premiere files would need to be converted. After doing so (and loading the project in the new OS), only a few clips loaded & others had green or grey boxes replacing them. Previewing the timeline crashes Premiere & replacing them with backup clips (although the originals are just fine) do nothing. View image below.

The clips themselves load fine in quicktime. I've opened up rules for all necessary, even turned it off my firewall entirely. Initially I had an error with exporterquicktimehost.prm but that was fixed after re-installing quicktime. What can I do to get my project back to normal??
