Have recently returned to InDesign after a good few years to make a publication for work.
I seem to be having some transparency issues however.
Here is a link to show you the issue I am having; http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a335/elcallum/transparencyissue.jpg
Basically, there is a darkened square box around the above, and other images, on a document that I export to PDF that I cannot seem to get rid of no-matter what settings I change?!
Any help greatly appreciated!
What verion of ID, including patch levels? Transparency blend space? Color mode of the images?
What settings are you using now to export to PDF?
Thanks for the speedy reply!
I have found the issue lies with OSX Preview.
Installed Adobe Reader and voila, boxes gone!
Another good reminder that, while good for many things, Preview ISN'T a good idea for previewing prepress work with overprinting, transparency, etc. as well as working with form fields.
