AME Settings for import into Premiere?

    phill_r Level 1

I have a video file I downloaded from Youtube (using www.keepvid.com) and I'm looking to make some edits to it to include into a presentation.

The video is a MP4 file with the following settings (copied from Premiere > Properties):

      Type: MPEG Movie
      File Size: 18.6 MB
      Image Size: 1280 x 720
      Pixel Depth: 32
      Frame Rate: 24.00
Source Audio Format: 44100 Hz - compressed - Stereo
Project Audio Format: 44100 Hz - 32 bit floating point - Stereo
      Total Duration: 00:01:25:15
Average Data Rate: 222 KB / second
      Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0

I'd like to convert it to a 720p HDV file that I can import into Adobe Premiere and have easy playback.

What settings in Adobe Media Encoder should I use?

      Thanks!
