I am trying to create a form that I can provide to new clients to complete before retaining my services. I would like to export the data as each new form comes in to an Excel Spreadsheet thereby updating the spreadsheet periodically. I would like to rearrange the order that the data appears in the Excel spreadsheet as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to consider our FormsCentral service. With FormsCentral, you can create HTML-based forms that you could brand and distribute to your clients. The responses received can easily be exported to Excel for both data-mining and mail merge purposes.
