You're out of luck. If both boxes were the same colour you could have a wavy stroke between them, but not like that. Try making a standard box with a wavy stroke and filling it, you have the same problem. I think Illustrator can do it, but that doesn't help you with your tables!
You can of course chnge the "fill" colour, that won't help you either.
You want the table to have a wavy edge?
I'm not entirely sure what the goal is here? Can you elaborate?
Saying "I want the colours to work" is hard to follow, what do you mean by that?
While I think this is a bad idea, it would be doable, I think, if you create a wavy line graphic in Illustrator and paste it as an inline in the appropriate cells. This will be MUCH easier to accomplish if all the rows have exactly the same height.
