Why are you exporting to FLV?

I'm not seeing low resolution I'm seeing banding. This comes from 8 bit color and compressing an 8 bit source.
You should be working in a 16 bit project at least, 32 bit even better. This will reduce or eliminate the banding you are getting. Then you should either export to at least a 10 bit codec then compress using Adobe Media Encoder or another 3rd party compressor to your FLV. If you're going just to YouTube or other web based display then FLV isn't the best option.
Personally I'd open up my After Effects project directly in Adobe Media Encoder then pick the YouTube HD preset and render away. This will give you the best chance of rendering your project without banding in a highly compressed form.
To add a little to what Rick said and clarify my question: If you're going to a Flash video format and don't need an alpha channel, then F4V is a much better choice for quality.
So , can u tell me please in a few steps how to export a flv format with high quality because i don't understand where i need to go!
