JSS1138 Jun 23, 2011 8:47 AM (in response to naartjie gello)If it's a music video, why do you need sound? Normally that comes from the song, which I assume you will get from the CD or other source.

naartjie gello Jun 23, 2011 12:32 PM (in response to JSS1138)The musicians will play along to the CD, and I need to hear that audio to sync with the original track in Premiere.
Also, this won't be the only project where we want to use these 2 cameras.

Sofus Comer Jun 29, 2011 9:39 AM (in response to naartjie gello)As I am aware of, there are no real issues to take other than make sure to convert your 24p and your 44.100 to 25p and 48.000 before you introduce them to the timeline. MPEG streamclip does it for free, but I guess adobe premiere and soundbooth will do the job as well. I Use Final Cut Pro for the moment ;-)
Please confirm first before trusting. But i am positive, that you can do this! Its just a matter of fixing it with the right tools afterwards.
Remember to check that sync really is sync. Dont just listen to the first 10-30 seconds, but also check the end of the clip. cause this is where you hear the off sync the worst.
Good luck!
