    Nikon D3S + Sony EX1 + Premiere CS5

We plan to shoot a music video using these two cameras. While both cameras can record 720p video, the Nikon's frame rate is 24fps and the Sony 25fps (we are in PAL land). Also the Nikon records audio at 44,100Hz and the Sony at 48,000Hz.

In Premiere, I know I can use Interpret Footage to assume a frame rate of 25fps for the Nikon video, and in Audition I can convert the sample type from 44.1 to 48k for the audio.

Will adjusting the Nikon video and audio in this way introduce any sync or other issues? Are there better ways of doing it that I'm missing?

      Thanks in advance.
