Edit existing Adobe Swatch Exchange (ase) file

I have created different ase files, sometimes I want to remove or add new swatch to the existing ase file. Since it is quicker to create a new ase, but I dont see any option to do that and I google it which gave me nothing, I wonder if it is possible ?

You could always import, assemble, and export. E.g., in Illustrator import all your ASE palettes (Open Swatch Library -> Other Library in the Swatches menu), drag the groups/swatches into your Swatches panel, add/delete what you want there, and export as ASE (Save Swatch Library as ASE).
