    Folio Builder and CS Live network failure

      Hello Everyone,

      I apologize if this is the wrong place for this discussion but I am using IDD so I figured it was appropriate.

      I am trying to utilize the new Folio functions that I have installed for CS5. When I create a new folio, IDD asks me to sign in. When I attempt to do so, I get an error stating "Sign In has failed. Network failure." I have disabled the firewall and still no fix. I have also tested the CS Live services in PS to see if they work. When I attempt that I get a message saying "There is a problem connecting to the Adobe Servers". I am running Mac OSX 10.6 and have all up to date software. Has anyone had this issue or no anything about it? I have put in a support case with Adobe and will update this thread if I get a fix. Thanks in advance for any help!
