just want to let you know, Google just released Swiffy. Their own browser-based SWF-to-HTML5-Converter (similar to Adobe's Wallaby Technology).
I tried it today to create animations for Adobe DPS like described here.
But let me tell you that exported SWF-Files from InDesign aren't supported by Swiffy, because they contain ActionScript 3.
According to their FAQ, mostly all features from Flash5 are supported. So if you export from Flash directly, you might get good results. Google showed in their gallery that convertet HTML5 also includes interactivity.
