Pagination - livecycle

Hi

I am new to livecycle, but have created a form that works perfectly except I cannot get it to paginate.  I have read all of the forum information, and have tried the suggestions, still no second page.  All multi-line objects are in subforms and then everything is in a subform.  They are all filling and flowing perfectly.

Help, do not know what I am doing wrong.

Is your Page1 subform set to flowed?

I tried this... and then everything moves to the second page, when it tries to paginate.

Do I need to change some other control to allow the breaks in each subform?
