Keyboard settings are saved in individual files in Premiere Pro, so they're easily copied from one system to another. Not sure exactly where they are on a Mac, but if you search for ".kys" you should find them. Just copy them to the same location on the destination system, and Premiere should have them as a selectable option when you relaunch.
I found my keyboard settings by searching '.kys'. Hopefully Adobe with add an 'export' option as an update.
