Like the Kindle Plugin for InDesign for instance.
Will all my InDesign docs now require the Kindle plugin in order to open the file on a different computer? Remember how Quark 3 and 4 had this problem in the early 90's?
Just making sure before I go installing stuff.
And yep, I haven't used any 3rd party stuff since the early 90's in Quark. That really screwed up my life in general so I never did it again. I'm thinking the 3rd party tool that allows exports to Kindle from InDesign is probably ok but I'd prefer to make sure.
thanks for your patience.
Export and import plugins won't be required.
Other plugins in InDesign still have this problem, if you want to call it a problem. I prefer use the term "opportunity for solutions."
Well, the way to be sure is to test it!
Thanks guys!! That's what I was hoping for.
