Check two things first:
When you go to Help>Transfer Activation, do you have that option, or is it grayed out?
Look at Export Settings, and do you have any HD Export settings?
If you do not have the Transfer Activation, or do not have the HD Export settings, then you full-paid version has likely reverted to the trial.
This was somewhat common with updates to CS4, but much more rare with CS5.
If your full-paid version HAS reverted, then follow these steps:
If possible Deactivate (probably cannot do this)
Download and run the Adobe Cleanup Utility CS5 several times, rebooting between each run
Install PrPro CS5
Immediately update to the latest version, before launch
Launch and test
Did that bring the Presets back?
