First, go to Windows Update and manually ensure you have even the non-critical updates.
Then download Advanced System Care free edition and run a good, deep clean and defragment.
Also, make sure you're loading the first disc and make sure it's the Windows (not the Mac) installation disc!
If you still get a blue screen, you've got something seriously wrong at a pretty deep level. I'd start by running an antivirus scan. Then I'd call Adobe Tech Support.
