As Todd stated, no. Premiere Pro CS5.5 requires a minimum horizontal resolution of 1280 pixels and a minimum vertical resolution of 900 pixels on the monitor itself in order to run properly. And even if the minimum resolution requirement were based on total pixel count, 1366x768 would still fall short of the minimum because 1366x768 actually contains fewer pixels than 1280x900.

I also have a 1366x768 px laptop, and I had just spent a lot of money on CS5.5 design premium, so I didn't want to give up!
The program that causes the error is InDesign, which luckily for me wasn't important.
You can install all the other programs, one by one from the install DVD. It takes quite a long time, but it worked fine for me
