Dreamweaver has started moving in that direction with its multi-screen preview for targeting stylesheets. This is part of David's tutorial on the new feature: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/dw_html5_pt3.html . Otherwise, most mobile devices use the Webkit rendering engine which is the same as live view, Google Chrome and Apple's Safari browser. It's just a matter of making the width fit the device. What else specifically would you be looking for? The more detail you can provide the farther your request will go and just an fyi, Adobe doesn't regularly check these forums so if you have specific ideas you should submit them using the proper channels:
Live View is based on a much older build. Also, the difference between Google's Webkit browser (Android/Chrome) and Safari is vast. Dreamweaver's multi-screen preview is actually rather silly as it bears little to no resemblance to what the page will look like and behave like in the actual device.
Be wary of shortcuts and always test in actual devices.

That's the kind of thing I'm looking for--built-in CSS for the mobile devices. I'd like that incorporated into the standard templates.
