No, you win.
Well for the moment it looks like I have a workable temporary solution. Nothing is coming through any comcast account, but I'm getting stuff through the other one (including my own posts from my moderator account!) so I think maybe Comcast has a block on the IP.
Thanks a bunch.
I am receiving all threads via Comcast email, but my user account is with a business domain.
FWIW, in this region, Comcast has notified me this week to re-boot my router to enable their Xfinity upgrades.
Also, Comcast long ago required account settings to use port 110 for Incoming Mail Server
I'm getting all other mail (as far as I know) addressed to that account -- only the forums seem to be missing. It's behaving as if Comcast blocked the Jive IP address, but it seems odd that they could, or would, do that for me and not other users.
My forum mail comes from mail.sgaur.hosted.jivesoftware.com ([220.127.116.11]). Does yours have the same address (you have to dig to the bottom of the "received from" list)?
Oh, wait. Are you saying you use Comcast to check mail from another domain (as do I), or that you have a comcast.net email address that is getting forum messages?
